Beauty does not come in a Size

My stomach is hurting. I think I exceeded tonight the maximum allowable food volume to put inside. My dinner was enough for 3people. Food can be therapeutic you know, when you have a problem.
Although, I feel guilty because we (friends at work) just made a promise and agreed that we will diet and we will drink only fresh fruit and tiny vegetables, we have to stop our stomachs from getting bigger so we united and encouraged each other and take turns in making fruit juices everyday for our lunch. After 3 months, bravo! Our weights are still the same. Anyway after some research here are several ways to love our bodies instead of worrying always if you look too fat or too thin, enjoy!

1. Get to know yourself, write down your skills and talents, the things what you are good at. Focus on these and avoid criticisms on your weaknesses.
2. Every morning, stand in the mirror and greet yourself "Hello! beautiful" or "Hello handsome!" "You look gorgeous especially today."
3. Wear only comfortable and nice fitting clothes that makes you look good. Don't worry about what other people will say, they are just jealous.
4. Move it. Go to the gymn, dance or run. Do this consistently everyday. It will make you feel good.
5. Take a body spa or full body massage....it feels nice to be pampered once in a while.
6. Eat healthy food more and avoid taking in junk food. Drink a lot of water and juices, eat fresh fruit and vegetables instead of some animal's flesh. Your body is not a garbage bag.
7. Concentrate in making your heart and mind beautiful then it will soon reflect in the outside.
8. Everyone is unique, stop comparing yourself and be confident. Walk confidently, talk confidently, act confidently.
9. Understand and accept that different people have different body shapes and sizes. We are still blessed if we have a complete normal body. We must take care of it.
