Enjoying the Horse Ride!

It is now 12:15 AM and I could not sleep. My heart is troubled and my room mate is madly and loudly singing love songs with her mp3. Ouch. In times like this, the only escape is to blog.

Everyone is saying "Happy New Year". We are excited to start fresh and filled with new hope, new dreams, new life. But how do we become happy? How do we measure 'happiness'? Is it from having a good education, or having a good paying job, or in falling in love and getting married? Is it based on how we are satisfied and contented with our life?

Well there are so many people on the planet and each one want something different from life. But it is simply being able to 'enjoy life'. Enjoy each experience in everyday we wake up, the activities you do, things you love doing, your work, your hobbies, and interests, the places you visit, the people around you, your family, colleagues, roommates & neighbors.

This is going to be a great year.
